Tanya Hundloe

It’s a great privilege to be there when great minds, values, objectives and vision align to create better outcomes for society.

Tanya founded Social Money Solutions in 2007 following a 15 year
career in strategic fundraising and marketing roles in the not-for-profit
sector. Her passion for delivering innovative, yet practical solutions to meet revenue development and social responsibility objectives has resulted in millions raised and objectives achieved for clients, donors and corporate partners.

Tanya’s professional philosophy is to work with clients to deliver solutions that are relevant, adoptable and sustainable, which consistently results in providing new opportunities and moving them towards transformational outcomes. 

She believes in hard work, smart solutions and having fun in the process. Tanya has championed the fundraising industry and best practice as a presenter, State and National Committee member and Fellow of the Fundraising Institute of Australia, and as a Certified Fund-Raising Executive (CFRE).

Tarryn McMullen
MBA, APNS
Consultant

Tarryn supports Social Money Solutions as a consultant, bringing an extensive background in both the not-for-profit and corporate sectors.

Tarryn has held executive roles with large corporate businesses, involving corporate affairs, strategic planning, change management, and designing and implementing corporate social responsibility programs.

Tarryn has an MBA and has completed QUT’s postgraduate study in Philanthropy and Nonprofit Studies.

Melanie is a consultant with Social Money specialising in strategy and
copywriting.

Melanie is a proven creative communications specialist and operations director, experienced in executing high-profile campaigns from project scoping through final delivery. 

More than a decade of agency experience across public relations, internal communications, stakeholder engagement, fundraising and issues management working with international brands across Hong Kong, China and the Asia-Pacific region.

Leisa contributes to Social Money as an advisor and consultant.

 

An executive leader with a finance and strategy background, she brings extensive corporate and not for profit sector experience. She has a keen desire to create positive structural impact, balancing people with sustainable organisational outcomes. Leisa enjoys problem solving and brings her strengths of leadership, financial management, business strategy, and people skills to the Social Money team. 

 

Leisa is MBA qualified, a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (CA), a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAIDC) and is certified by the Institute Executive Coaching & Leadership (IECL).

 

Her executive roles include COO with Viacom businesses MTV and Nickelodeon ANZ, VP at Walt Disney ANZ and recently in the NFP sector CEO Dress for Success NSW ACT, an affiliate of the global charity Dress for Success, supporting the financial independence of vulnerable women.

Nicky Norman

Operations Officer
 

Nicky is the Operations Officer of Social Money Solutions and has 30 years administrative experience within small business and corporate organisations.

Nicky is accomplished in marketing, events and operations, with a strong focus on coordination and time management. 

Her background encompasses a broad range of industries, including, media, health and agriculture. Nicky is extremely motivated by creative and challenging projects while developing new ideas and strategies.

An advisor and consultant with Social Money, Michael is a strategic leader and trusted advisor with over 35 years’ experience in corporate communications, reputation and crisis management, strategy and governance.

Part of the corporate affairs leadership at Telstra for 6 years, he has also provided strategic advisory services to organisations such as Cricket Australia, The Future Fund, The NZ Venture Investment Fund, ABN AMRO (NZ), University of Western Sydney.

Michael’s cross sector experience includes leadership roles for student focused university organisations, not-for-profit bodies, politics (as an adviser), sport (media/issues management), Commonwealth and State public services including a Premier’s advisor regarding the environment and resource management.
