Tara Castle – Senior Consultant
Tara is a fundraising, marketing and communications professional specialising in corporate social responsibility and business development. Tara is passionate about the community and has vast experience and contacts in both the corporate and not-for-profit sectors. Tara has managed the social responsibility programs of SMEs and multi-national corporations whilst privately conducting outstanding fundraising campaigns for not-for-profits that have achieved award winning acclaim.

Rebecca Hazell and Associates

Rebecca Hazell is a highly motivated fundraising professional that is passionate about philanthropy and the impact that it has on our society.  Rebecca has dedicated her career to working with government and not for profit organisations in their efforts to grow the capacity of their fundraising programs.

Rebecca has been involved in professional fundraising for over 15 years.  Holding the international fundraising accreditation – Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE), and a Bachelor of Arts majoring in communications and psychology, she has worked in fundraising leadership roles in both the health and tertiary education sectors in QLD and NSW.

Rebecca has held senior fundraising leadership roles at The Children’s Hospital at Westmead, The University of Western Sydney (UWS) and Queensland University of Technology (QUT).  She has been involved in strategy development and implementation for many aspects of fundraising including; trust and foundation relationships, bequest programs, corporate partnerships, events and community fundraising.  Rebecca has significant experience in major gift programs and has worked with many volunteer leaders and leadership structures.
