It’s a great privilege to be there when great minds, values, objectives and vision align to create better outcomes for society.

Tanya founded Social Money Solutions in 2007 following a 15 year
career in strategic fundraising and marketing roles in the not-for-profit
sector. Her passion for delivering innovative, yet practical solutions to meet revenue development and social responsibility objectives has resulted in millions raised and objectives achieved for clients, donors and corporate partners.

Tanya’s professional philosophy is to work with clients to deliver solutions that are relevant, adoptable and sustainable, which consistently results in providing new opportunities and moving them towards transformational outcomes. She believes in hard work, smart solutions and having fun in the process. Tanya has championed the fundraising industry and best practice as a presenter, State and National Committee member and Fellow of the Fundraising Institute of Australia, and as a Certified Fund-Raising Executive (CFRE).

Tara Castle

A fundraising, marketing and communications professional specialising in corporate social responsibility and business development, Tara is passionate about the community and has vast experience and contacts in both the corporate and not-for-profit sectors. 

She has delivered successful fundraising programs for clients and managed the social responsibility programs of SMEs and multi-national corporations whilst privately conducting outstanding fundraising campaigns for not-for-profits that have achieved award winning acclaim. Tara is in a general management role for the Queensland Community Foundation in addition to support for Social Money clients. 

Tara has a Master of Business Administration majoring in Marketing from QUT.

Leisa Sadler

Collaborating with like-minded peeps to create impactful solutions puts the spring in my step!

Leisa Sadler has over 20 years’ experience as a senior executive providing leadership within international media content and entertainment corporations and related board roles, including General Manager/VP for Walt Disney’s Branded Media Content business in ANZ, and COO with MTV Networks (ANZ) and Nickelodeon Australia. Leisa’s experience is aligned to developing business models with a consumer centric focus, identifying and cultivating ideas in innovative environments. 

She has a keen interest in organisational culture and developing productive internal and external relationships. Leisa has held a number of not for profit Board roles and expertly applies her values, experience and skills to support the sector.

Leisa is a graduate and member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAIDC) and the Institute of Chartered Accountants (CA), and holds an MBA from Macquarie School of Graduate Management and a BCom, with an Economics/Accounting major from the University of Wollongong.

Fiona McPhee

Fiona loves fundraising. She’s been doing it for 20 years and is still smiling. Energetic and engaging she works with charity fundraisers, bosses and boards to help them raise more to do more.

With ‘sleeves rolled up’ and ‘hands dirty’ practical experience she is a most sought after strategic fundraising adviser, planner, mentor and consultant. Fiona brings to the party her love of data and the insights it provides to help drive the development of her speciality areas of fundraising strategy development, donor acquisition and retention, regular giving, bequests and integrated communications programs.

As a speaker and trainer Fi draws on best practice methodologies as well as her experience and insights from her time working with hundreds of charities from across Australia, New Zealand, South East Asia and North America. Fi has a Bachelor of Arts from University of Melbourne, Graduate Diploma in Marketing from SIBIT and Certificate in Relational Database Design, University of Sydney.
